Welcome to 秒约键盘. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Game4play Limited ("we") is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information and to complying with relevant regulations such as the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).

1. What Data We Collect and How

To provide you with our core AI chat context analysis and reply suggestion services, when you actively trigger the relevant features we collect the following types of data that you voluntarily provide:

• Image data: When you use the screenshot reply feature, we collect images that you actively select from your album and upload. We only process the specific images you choose and will never scan or collect your device album content without authorization.
• Text data: When you use the paste message reply feature, we collect the text content you actively enter. Collection method: All of the above data is collected based on your voluntary actions (such as tapping "Upload", "Analyze", "Send", etc.). This app will never read your local files in the background without your consent.
• Basic profile data (age and gender): To provide reply suggestions that better match your social identity and context, we collect age and gender information that you voluntarily provide. This information is used only as context parameters for the AI model to generate appropriate and accurate replies, and will never be used for ad tracking, personal identification, or sold to third parties.

2. How We Use Your Data

The sole purpose of collecting the above data is to transmit it to third-party AI large language model engines for real-time semantic analysis and to generate results for you. We do not use this data for user profiling, targeted marketing, or any other purpose unrelated to providing the app’s core AI features.

3. How We Share Data with Third-Party AI Services

To deliver high-quality AI analysis, we must send part of the data you voluntarily submit (only the images or text you trigger for analysis) through encrypted channels to our partner third-party AI service providers. Depending on your location and network environment, we use different compliant AI providers. We obtain your explicit consent via in-app dialogs or feature descriptions before transmitting data to them:

• Users in mainland China: Your data will be encrypted and transmitted to Doubao API provided by Beijing ByteDance Technology Co., Ltd. for processing.
• Users outside mainland China (overseas): Your data will be encrypted and transmitted to ChatGPT API provided by OpenAI, L.L.C. for processing.
• Equal protection commitment: We only share the minimum data necessary to provide the functionality with the above third parties (excluding your phone number, account, device ID, or other information that can identify you). We have confirmed and require that these third-party AI service providers apply data security measures no less stringent than those set out in this Privacy Policy, and we strictly prohibit them from using your data to train their base models or for any other purpose.

4. Data Storage and Deletion

We apply a high standard of privacy protection: "End-to-end processing, delete after use, never stored in databases."

• No retention in the cloud: After your images or text are sent to the server and processed by the third-party AI, the server will permanently destroy that transmitted data as soon as the analysis result is returned. Our cloud databases do not save, back up, or retain any of the above input content.
• Local storage: All uploaded images, chat history, and AI-generated analysis results are stored only on your own device (local device storage).
• Data deletion: Because we do not store the above sensitive business data in the cloud, there is no risk of cloud data leakage. To clear this data, you can delete the corresponding records in the app or uninstall the app, and the related data will be completely removed from your device.
