本 Aliya记梦器用户协议（「协议」）是用户与 Aliya记梦器 之间关于注册、使用 Aliya记梦器 产品及服务的法律协议。「用户」或「您」指使用本产品或服务的个人或单一实体。Aliya记梦器 是一款 AI 视频创作应用：基于您主动录制的语音，通过 AI 理解并生成对应画面，再合成 AI 视频，帮助您将梦境或创意可视化。默认情况下，录音、转写文本、生成画面与视频均保存在您的设备本地；仅在您主动使用相关 AI 功能时，才会按《隐私政策》约定进行必要的云端处理。
This Aliya Dream Recorder User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the App regarding registration and use of Aliya Dream Recorder products and services. "User" or "You" means any individual or single entity using this App. Aliya Dream Recorder is an AI video creation application: based on your actively recorded voice, it uses AI to understand your input, generate corresponding visuals, and synthesize AI-generated videos to help you visualize dreams or creative ideas. By default, recordings, transcribed text, generated visuals, and videos are stored on your device; cloud processing occurs only when you actively use relevant AI features, as described in the Privacy Policy.
1.1 本服务条款是用户（您）与我们之间的协议，我们根据本协议为您提供服务。Aliya记梦器是我们拥有的手机客户端及相关服务，Aliya记梦器的所有权、运营权和解释权归我们所有。
1.1 These service terms are an agreement between you (the user) and us, and we provide services to you in accordance with this agreement. Aliya Dream Recorder is a mobile client and related services owned by us. All ownership, operation rights, and interpretation rights of the App belong to us.
1.2 本服务条款中提到的用户，包括注册用户和非注册用户，均受 Aliya记梦器 全部服务条款及《隐私政策》约束。
1.2 Users mentioned in these service terms, including registered and non-registered users, are bound by all service terms of the App and the Privacy Policy.
1.3 如果您代表公司使用 Aliya记梦器 提供的服务，您在此特别承诺有权代表公司；您接受服务条款将自动被视为您所代表的公司接受服务条款。
1.3 If you use the services provided by the App on behalf of a company, you hereby represent that you have authority to bind the company; your acceptance of the service terms will be deemed acceptance by that company.

3.1 用户在此明确表示并保证：对使用 Aliya记梦器 录制、上传的语音及据此生成的文字、画面、视频等内容，拥有或已获得一切必要权利，且不侵犯任何第三方合法权益；由此产生的一切法律责任由用户自行承担。
3.1 Users expressly represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights to voice recorded or uploaded via the App and to any text, visuals, or videos generated therefrom, and that such use does not infringe third-party rights. Users bear all legal liability arising therefrom.
3.2 用户不得将服务用于任何非法、淫秽、色情、暴力、诽谤、侵犯他人肖像权/隐私权/知识产权，或制作、传播深度伪造、虚假信息及其他违反公序良俗或法律法规的活动。
3.2 Users shall not use the services for illegal, obscene, pornographic, violent, defamatory activities, or activities that infringe portrait rights, privacy, or intellectual property, or to create or spread deepfakes, false information, or other content that violates public order, morals, or applicable laws.
3.3 用户在使用录音或语音输入时，应遵守相关法律法规，不得录制或输入涉及他人未经同意的隐私、商业秘密、国家秘密或其他无权使用的内容。
3.3 When using recording or voice input, users shall comply with applicable laws and shall not record or input others' privacy without consent, trade secrets, state secrets, or other content they are not authorized to use.
3.4 用户对 AI 生成的画面与视频负有审核义务，应在使用、保存或对外分享前自行确认内容合法、准确且符合预期；因用户未审核即使用或传播所产生的一切后果由用户承担。
3.4 Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated visuals and videos and shall confirm they are lawful, accurate, and as expected before use, saving, or sharing. Users bear all consequences of use or distribution without such review.
3.5 用户应妥善保管本地存储的录音、转写文本、生成画面与视频；因设备丢失、损坏、系统故障等原因导致的数据丢失，我们不承担责任。
3.5 Users shall properly safeguard locally stored recordings, transcribed text, generated visuals, and videos. We are not responsible for data loss due to device loss, damage, system failures, or similar causes.
3.6 用户理解并同意：语音转写、画面生成及视频合成可能受网络状况、音频质量、AI 模型能力等因素影响，我们不对转写准确性、画面与视频内容的真实性、完整性或艺术效果作任何保证。
3.6 Users understand and agree that transcription, visual generation, and video synthesis may be affected by network conditions, audio quality, AI model capabilities, and other factors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of transcription or the truthfulness, completeness, or artistic quality of generated visuals or videos.
4.1 用于提供服务的应用程序、界面设计、商标及相关技术的一切权利均归我们或相应权利人所有。您不得对软件进行反向工程、反编译或反汇编。
4.1 All rights to the application, interface design, trademarks, and related technology used to provide the services belong to us or the respective rights holders. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
4.2 您通过本应用创作并保存在本地的录音、文字及 AI 生成内容，其权利归属以您与相关权利人的约定及适用法律为准；您不得将生成内容用于侵犯第三方权利或违反本协议及法律法规的用途。
4.2 Rights to recordings, text, and AI-generated content you create and save locally are governed by your agreements with relevant rights holders and applicable law. You may not use generated content in ways that infringe third-party rights or violate this Agreement or applicable laws.
5.1 Aliya记梦器 不保证语音转写、画面生成及 AI 视频合成结果完全准确或符合用户主观预期；用户应自行核对转写文字及生成内容后再使用或分享。
5.1 The App does not guarantee that transcription, visual generation, or AI video synthesis results are fully accurate or meet users' subjective expectations. Users should verify transcribed text and generated content before use or sharing.
5.2 AI 生成内容系算法自动产出，可能包含偏差、歧义或与输入不完全一致的画面或情节，不构成专业建议、事实陈述或法律承诺。
5.2 AI-generated content is produced automatically by algorithms and may contain bias, ambiguity, or visuals or narratives inconsistent with input. It does not constitute professional advice, factual statements, or legal commitments.
5.3 业务数据默认存储在用户设备本地，用户应自行负责备份与安全。因设备丢失、损坏、系统故障等原因导致的数据丢失，我们不承担责任。
5.3 Business data is stored locally on user devices by default; users are responsible for backup and security. We are not liable for data loss due to device loss, damage, system failures, or similar causes.
5.4 用户使用服务时应确保设备具备足够存储空间及必要系统权限（如麦克风、相册等，以系统授权为准）。因存储空间不足或权限未授予导致的功能异常或数据丢失，我们不承担责任。
5.4 Users shall ensure sufficient device storage and necessary system permissions (such as microphone and photo library, as authorized by the system). We are not liable for functional issues or data loss due to insufficient storage or denied permissions.
5.5 因不可抗力、第三方服务中断、网络故障等非我们可控原因导致的服务暂停或数据处理失败，我们将在合理范围内尽力恢复，但不承担由此产生的间接损失。
5.5 If services are suspended or processing fails due to force majeure, third-party service outages, network failures, or other causes beyond our reasonable control, we will endeavor to restore services where practicable but are not liable for indirect losses arising therefrom.
6.1 Aliya记梦器 保留随时更新本服务条款的权利；重大变更时，我们将通过应用内提示或本页面更新等方式告知。修改后的内容一经发布即替代原有服务条款；您继续使用服务即视为接受变更。
6.1 The App reserves the right to update these service terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via in-app notice or updates to this page. Modified content replaces the prior terms once published; continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
